[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Creative Photographic Society’s invests a lot into our events, including, but not limited to, paying the models a fair wage (usually their normal rates). As such, Creative Photographic Society is at risk for losses when an attendee does not show up, or cancels close enough to the event that leaves no time to find a replacement. You will find our refund policy below to be fair, yet also protective of our investments in each event, and based on the amount of time before the event begins.
Normal Refund Policy
Effective immediately, cancellations of attendance 7 days or more from the event may be cancelled for full refund, except for Early Bird promotions (see the section on Early Bird Promotions for their cancellation policies). Cancellations within 7 days of the event, will be subject to the following fees:
5-6 days prior: 50% Refund.
3-4 days prior: 25% Refund.
2 days or less prior: No Refund.
If you have a special circumstance that requires your cancellation, we may be able to alter the cancellation policy for you, at our sole discretion.
Early Bird Promotions/Specials Refund Policy
Effective immediately, Early Bird cancellations of attendance will be more limited due to their special rates. Just as airlines charge less for non-refundable tickets, CPS is implementing a similar policy. We, however, are only adding a few days to our cancellation policy for these Early Bird Rates, which will be subject to the following cancellation policy:
7 days or more: Full Refund.
Less than 7 days: No Refund.
If you have a special circumstance that requires your cancellation, we may be able to alter the cancellation policy for you, at our sole discretion. Please also keep in mind that many times the Early Bird rates end on, or after, the “No Refund” period begins for them.
